These are topics, issues and proposed legislation to sponsor, support and vote for that align with Truth, Justice and Repair for Texas District 5.
Texas District 5 citizens want access to HEALTHCARE WHEN WE NEED IT. In the state of Texas, our legislators decided for us, they would Not take our federal dollars to expand healthcare to supplement the Affordable Care Act. ACA premiums for Texans can be too costly for many household budgets. Additionally, healthcare providers are increasingly getting more frustrated with how the insurance claim processes work. Therefore, our Healthcare For All platform will return federal dollars to the people by supporting Community Clinics & Hospitals where both the local citizens and health professionals are empowered to providing care that fits the needs of the patient.
IT CAN'T BE that families in Texas 5th District are sleeping in their cars, shelters and on the streets while structurally sound properties sit empty. Our government has allowed investor groups to build and buy up residential homes that were really never meant to be anything more than an asset on a portfolio. Our Housing For All platform insist no U.S. citizen should ever be homeless as long as there is available hard shelter. A moratorium must be placed on portfolio-home-investment practices; and access to empty available housing must be afforded to families so there is Housing For All.
There is a distinct DIFFERNCE BETWEEN FOOD AND NUTRITIOUS FOOD. The lack of access to nutritious food in Texas District 5, and this country, is criminal. Our Nutritious Food For All platform demands every family be afforded access to foods that support the health and wellness of their bio-bodies. Our Nutritious Food For All platform not only addresses "food deserts" by expanding military commissaries to low-income U.S. citizens; but increased information on what we eat.
As a solution for a SUSTAINABLE END TO POVERTY in Texas District 5, and all of the United States, our campaign presents options for Closing the Wealth Gap between millionaires and disenfranchised citizens. Trickle down models must be replaced with Grassroots Economics. And the government is responsible to empowering community growth. There are pockets in Texas District 5 that show economic advancement; but most of it is through chain retail by which small businesses and individual entrepreneurs can not compete with. Creating economic empowerment zones, for communities that have been systemically impeded from building wealth, will be the start of Closing the Wealth Gap. Our platform will focus on repair unjust practices towards First Americans and descendants of American Freedmen communities. These are proven U.S. citizens who will stimulate growth into expanded markets; and funnel new wealth to future generations for a sustained end to poverty.

Clean U.S. Agriculture
I will propose legislation for adding to food labels the processing information on all locally and imported foods. [Nutritious Food For All]
*I will only vote for federal assistance to support regenerative farming and ranching. [Closing the Wealth Gap Initiative]
I will work with the Department of Justice to remove the injunction holding up the disbursement of $4Billion dollars allocated to Minority Farmers; AND have those who filed the injunction charged with practices of discrimination to receive a penalty that will restrict them assistance from the U.S. Department of Agriculture for the next 20-years.
Appropriations Prioritization
For the U.S. to be a socially responsible nation, I will support prioritizing the following federally funded programs for citizens:
Community Clinics and Hospitals providing basic and preventative health and wellness. [Healthcare For All Initiative]
Projects to convert commercial real estate to homes for the homeless. [Housing For All Initiative]
Mental health facilities in every federal prison. [Healthcare For All Initiative]
Supporting Our Armed Services
I will work with committee members to demand military recruitment standards be raised to align with federal employee standards so our military members are the best America can source and veterans are prepared to enter the civilian workforce. [Repair]
I will sponsor action to extend military commissary services to active and honorably discharged guards members, reservists and recipients of social security. [Nutritious Food For All]
I will sponsor legislation to fund infrastructure to build military commissary services in every major city and be located in food deserts where they exist. [Nutritious Food For All]
I will demand the military make personal accommodations for active duty service persons who need physical exceptions as long as it will not keep them from their roles. [Justice]
I will remind the Department of Defense it is bound by ethical accountability to never treat anyone different because of their ethnicity, religion, heritage/tradition or lifestyle. [Truth]
I will remind the Department of Defense there is no tolerance for active duty or reservist personnel who commit hate crimes and/or commit domestic or sexual abuse. [Truth]
I will remind the Department of Defense there is no tolerance for commissioned officers and NCOs who purposely command personnel to engage in unlawful activity. [Truth]
I will sponsor legislation to provide active duty service persons the right to use legal services employed by the Department of Justice when a conflict of interest exists with JAG offices. [Justice]
Budgeting Responsibilities (see our 2028 balanced budget scenario)
I will sponsor legislation to mandate all resources of the United States must be annually audited for budgeting and subject to quarterly reviews until they pass their annual audit. [Repair]
I will recommend a rule that retirees of all government federal branches of power receive only one federal pension. [Closing the Wealth Gap]
I will sponsor legislation that federal expenses may not exceed the amount of revenue being collected by federal means. [Repair]
To retain national sovereignty, I will sponsor legislation that foreign revenue must not exceed 50% of total federal revenue. [Repair]
Education and Workforce
I will support infrastructure to provide Associate Degrees and trade certificates at no cost without qualification in every state. [Closing the Wealth Gap]
I will support correcting all official archives to identify post war criminals and international attackers on U.S. military and citizens as “traitors.” [Truth]
I will support the banning from any federal asset such as buildings, flags, names and statures that represent traitors to the U.S. [Repair]
I will vote for raising the federal minimum wage to match the living wage in the geographic location. [Closing the Wealth Gap]
I will support raising the minimum vacation days for federal employees to 30-days to be taken at their discretion. [Repair]
I will sponsor legislation to fund national labor associations for every industry. [Justice]
I will support 4Day Work Weeks by closing federal offices Friday through Sunday. [Repair]

Ethics
I will support full disclosure to the public, the listing of every person connected with Jeffrey Epstein and all Jeffrey Epstein associations. [Justice]
For the healing of America, I support adding federal holidays to commemorate every ethnic diverse citizen's heritage in the country even if they are shared days. [Repair]
I will sponsor legislature to amend the constitution to remove tenure for a supreme court judge when there is evidence that judge is providing opinions and voting to benefit a specific movement or politics that does not represent equality. [Justice]
Financial Services
I will support the reform of the Federal Reserve, the Department of Treasury and Security and Exchanges Commission into one department that manages oversight for how U.S. currency and economics directly impact citizens for issues such as personal needs interest rates; inflation; and personal asset trading over shareholder benefits. [Repair]
I will highly suggest a move of the Small Business Administration to under the Department of Commerce to ensure both agencies are working closely together for the same objectives. [Closing the Wealth Gap]
I will sponsor a bill to create new Economic Empowerment Zones on reservations for First Americans. [Closing the Wealth Gap]
I will sponsor a bill to create new Economic Empowerment Zones in communities to stimulate and sustain generational wealth models for descendants of American Freedmen. [Closing the Wealth Gap]
I will sponsor legislation for the addition of a category labeled “American Freedmen” to the 2030 census. [Truth]
Foreign Affairs
I will vote to declassifying past foreign national security risks that lead to any type of special forces and/or military engagement. [Truth]
I will vote no tolerance for international agencies or any foreign entity found to have interfered with the operations of a U.S. department or tried to intimidate a member of congress, the executive branch or supreme court. [Justice]
I will support the United States always votes in good faith with other United Nations identified countries to treat international citizens fairly and respect the sovereignty of their country. [Repair]
I will vote to end all international alignments and collaborations to harm other countries whether for war, invasion, regime change, or economic disenfranchisement. [Repair]
I will support Cuba be immediately removed from all U.S. sponsored economic sanctions. [Repair]

I will draft legislation that any Political Action Committee that is aligned or associated with an internationally structured entity must register as a Foreign Policy Committee; can not be titled a PAC; and are not exempt from taxes. [Truth]
I will draft legislation that any lobbyist group that is aligned or associated with an internationally structured entity must register as a Foreign Lobbyist; can not be titled simply a lobbying group; and are not exempt from taxes. [Truth]
I will draft and present a plan to the Foreign Services Committee to drastically reduce the number of overseas military installations. [Repair]

As a cost savings measure, I will highly suggest oversight of the Department of Energy be moved to under the Department of Science, Space and Technology. [Repair]

As a cost savings measure, I will sponsor legislation to dissolve the Department of Homeland Security and move agencies like Border Patrol back to the Department of Justice. [Repair]
Expansions to Our Judiciary Offices
I will bring action against any federal agency who does not protect the press from censorship to report on all government departments and agencies. [Truth]

I will support the Anti Lynch Law to investigate every instance a person has been hanged. [Justice]
I will support expanding the Anti-Hate Crimes Bill to all ethnic groups including descendants of American Freedmen. [Justice]
I will support a Political Corruption Bill to hold elected officials accountable for collaborating with corporations convicted of organized crime, insider trading and gains from foreign countries. [Justice]
I will support a Scam America Bill to hold businesses accountable for unethical practices that target the livelihoods of citizens. [Justice]
I will sponsor legislation for structuring an Inmate & Guard Protections Bill demanding a more humane environment for the incarcerated and the staff. [Repair]
I will support passing a Human Trafficking Crimes Bill that will bankrupt any entity that profits from the industry of forcing persons to do work or move about the country force-ably. [Justice]
I will support passing a Public Safety Accountability Bill so that any law enforcement agency that works with the U.S. government must hold their staff accountable to safe treatment of the public while on and off duty. [Justice]
I will support passing an expanded Whistle Blowers Protection Act to hold the Department of Justice accountable if anyone who wants to testify is harassed or harmed before or after they do so. [Justice]

Natural Resources For Citizens
I will support expanding national resources to monitor and alerting citizens of land, water and air conditions that might negatively impact their health. [Truth]
I will sponsor a National Water Rights bill to ensure all water ways stay accessible and clean for citizen use over corporate initiatives. [Repair]
I will vote to protect and increase the number of national parks and wilderness preserves. [Repair]

The Spirit of the Constitution
I will sponsor a constitutional amendment that budgeting resources can not be withheld from federal essential operations including pay for federal employees that work in transportation, health and human services, public safety and Department of the Interior as well as those department's operational expenses. I will sponsor a bill to reform Article II of the constitution to designate electors be selected through house districts and each elector's vote be tallied individually for the total count. [Repair]

Our Science, Space, and Technology

I will sponsor a Space Weather Monitoring Bill to fund collaboration with other countries to alert designated agencies qualified to publish information on happenings within our solar system. [Truth]
More Transportation and Infrastructure
I will vote to fund investments in sustainable energy powered high speed rail across the country. [Repair]
I will vote to increase project funding to improve federal highways, tunnels and bridges. [Repair]

Better Veterans Affairs
I will support the Department of Defense to allocate more resources to assisting veterans with PTSD. [Healthcare for All Initiative]

I will sponsor a bill to create a Pollution Tax paid by corporations to support families exposed to environmental toxins that businesses knowingly polluted any U.S. air, land or water with funds earmarked for community clinic initiatives. [Healthcare For All]
I will sponsor a bill to create a Bail Out Tax for corporations that receive assistance from the federal government to continue operating and earmark net gains to fund national labor associations. [Repair]
I will sponsor a bill to create a War Contractor Tax to help fund new military commissaries. [Nutritious Food For All]
I will sponsor a bill to create a Foreign Lobbyist Tax to help fund the Department of Interior. [Repair]
I will sponsor a bill that U.S. citizens with gross income less than $100,000 are exempt from income taxes. [Closing the Wealth Gap]
I will sponsor a bill to forgive student debt for U.S. citizens with gross income less than $200,000 consistently for five years; and those with gross income between $300,000 and $500,000 may have 50% of their income tax debt directed to paying off their student loans. [Closing the Wealth Gap]
